We defeat the standards of education by developing leadership and problem-solving skills through real life application.

Program Overview

SHINE Scholars Program targets perspective post-secondary students and takes them through an intense 4-year program that enhances students learning experience by providing them with the necessary skills and resources to be successful business leaders.

SHINE Scholars Program defeats the standards of education by connecting college students and local business partners as they develop the problem-solving and leadership skills of our youth through real life application.

Scholar Selection Model

Submit Application

This will include two references, ACT/SAT scores, transcripts, and a personal statement for review.

Attend Operation CEO

A one-week summer program held at Alabama A&M University. Students will learn, network, and have fun while getting a glimpse of what to expect in the next four years of college.

Interview Process

Students will be expected to interview with Project SHINE professionals in order to assess the student’s character and values.
